Right of Withdrawal
 

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this service contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
 

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded.
 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email or letter.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal through the withdrawal function available at [insert link or location of online withdrawal function]. If you use this function, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt on a durable medium, such as email, including the content and date and time of your withdrawal.
 

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal statement before the 14-day period expires.
 
Effects of Withdrawal
 

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notification.

We will use the same payment method as the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for this reimbursement.
 

If you expressly requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the services already provided up to the point at which you notify us of your withdrawal, in accordance with applicable law.
 

For paid service contracts, the right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the services if, before performance began, you expressly agreed to the early commencement and acknowledged that the withdrawal right would expire upon full performance, provided all statutory conditions are met.
