Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their booking without a cancellation fee up to 24 hours before the scheduled shoot. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot, or failure to attend without notice, may incur a cancellation fee to cover losses incurred by Hemle35, subject to applicable law. Please submit all cancellation requests by email to info@hemle35.com. Rescheduling is subject to availability and confirmation by Hemle35. Any statutory consumer cancellation and withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
